Today Kinoff Fashion Show is a unique project that unites Tallinn and Ida-Virumaa for fashion designers who think outside the box and think innovatively. This is one of the most colorful annual events in Ida-Virumaa, which develops together with the audience, helping to encourage and promote young and already well-known designers in Estonia.
