KinoFF is becoming a great tradition and promises to be the brightest event of November this year. The fifth anniversary edition of KinoFF will take place in Kohtla-Järve, Jõhvi, and Narva from November 7th to November 19th 2023.

There will be a wide variety of films, including short films, animations, documentaries, and feature films, all exploring the future that is being shaped by each individual today.

The program will be complemented by exhibitions, national culture days, and multimedia days for children. Filmmakers from all over the world will attend the festival. There will be discussions and premieres of short films from the ShootShorts project.
