The kids do not bother to work, instead they make a kratt. Life in town gets a fresh boost.

"At one point, I realized that it would be a good idea to make a film where today's kids make a kratt, at the present time. My own kids were still kids but soon enough they would grow up, so I thought it was high time to make the film “Kratt“ and to do it with my own kids", Rasmus Merivoo said.
